Mid-Level Eximee Configuration Specialist – Online Banking

Lodz-based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 days in the office/month)

As a Mid-Level Eximee Configuration Specialist, you will be working for our client, a leader in the Polish online banking industry committed to delivering innovative digital solutions. In this role, you will design, optimize, and implement form-based applications leveraging low-code platforms and dedicated development tools to enhance user experience and operational efficiency. Your expertise will contribute to creating seamless, scalable digital banking solutions that meet high-quality standards and SDLC best practices.

Your main responsibilities:

• Design and implement form-based applications using Eximee or similar low-code platforms.
• Develop backend functionalities in Java and frontend features with JavaScript.
• Utilize tools such as Eclipse, Jenkins, BitBucket, Maven, jUnit, and Selenium to support development and testing activities.
• Ensure compliance with SDLC methodologies throughout the development lifecycle.
• Optimize application performance and ensure solutions are scalable.
• Create user-friendly interfaces and web applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Test and debug applications for seamless operation.
• Document technical processes and application changes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in application development.

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, jUnit, Maven, Jenkins, BitBucket, and Selenium.
• Strong knowledge of Eximee or other low-code platforms.
• Experience designing and developing web applications.
• Familiarity with user interface design principles.
• Practical knowledge of CSS and HTML.
• Analytical and logical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Creativity and a proactive problem-solving approach.
• Proficiency in Polish language (technical documentation and communication).

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Practical knowledge of XML, XSLT, SQL.
• Knowledge of UI/UX and Design Thinking.
• Experience with SCRUM methodologies.
• Familiarity with SPLUNK, JIRA.
• Knowledge of banking products (accounts, loans for individuals and companies).

Language Required for the role:

• Polish (good command)
• English (communicative)
