Mid-Level Finance Analyst – CTA Financial Reporting

As a Mid-Level Finance Analyst – CTA Financial Reporting, you will be working for our client, a leading organization supporting global finance functions within the investment management industry. You will play a key role in providing accurate and timely financial reporting, fostering financial transparency, and enabling strategic decision-making across GPB and WPS domains. Your main responsibilities:

• Track and report on GPB & WPS CTA Investment spend and benefits, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Manage ad-hoc projects related to financial data and process improvements in automation and digitization efforts.
• Develop automated frameworks for forecasting investments and benefits, including revenue recognition, and verify actuals against forecasts.
• Maintain alignment of core data, perform sensitivity analysis, and support the development of forward-looking management information reports.
• Automate reporting of CTB Technology and Transformation spend, including milestones, delivery phases, and costs.
• Support performance management processes such as FRP, budgeting, and monthly forecasting for GPB/WPS CTA.
• Drive efficiencies through automation of reporting processes, ensuring transparency and robustness.
• Communicate regularly with global and regional teams to ensure synchronized and effective reporting.

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 3 years of experience in finance, MI, FP&A, or cost reporting roles.
• Proven track record in finance operations, analysis, and problem-solving within complex networks.
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong analytical capabilities and a commercial mindset.
• Ability to articulate complex issues clearly and create high-quality management materials.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented attitude, capable of managing multiple deliverables independently.
• Experience interacting with middle management and cross-functional teams.

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

• Prior experience in CTA reporting.
• Basic automation skills and familiarity with operational systems supporting complex product offerings.

Language Required for the role:

• Fluent English (speaking and writing).
