As a PMO, you will be working for our client, a leading financial institution in Saudi Arabia. This position requires a partial relocation to Saudi Arabia. The client, renowned for its innovation in the banking industry, is looking to enhance its overall infrastructure. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in delivering cutting-edge solutions that revolutionize digital banking experiences.

Your main responsibilities: support IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines

• Implement Agile IT Project Delivery/Management methodologies for efficient project execution
• Utilize project planning tools such as MS-Project, EPM, CLM, Clarity, and Jira to create and manage project schedules
• Foster effective stakeholder management to facilitate communication and project alignment
• Provide regular project status reporting to keep all stakeholders informed of progress
• Proactively identify and manage project issues and risks
• Leverage your expertise in Banking or Financial Services to enhance project outcomes
• Apply your knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) as a Project Manager
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth project execution and successful outcomes

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a PMO
• Core skills in IT Project Delivery Management
• Proficiency in Agile IT Project Delivery/Management methodologies
• Experience in project planning using MS-Project, EPM, CLM, Clarity, and Jira
• Strong stakeholder management abilities
• Expertise in project status reporting and issue/risk management
• Background in Banking or Financial Services
