Private Cloud Project Coordinator – Cloud Operations & Reporting

As a Private Cloud Project Coordinator, you will be working for our client, a global leader in banking and financial services. You will help optimize cloud operations through central coordination across Private Cloud, Business Management, Transformation, and Portfolio Management teams—ensuring high-quality reporting, stakeholder alignment, and smooth execution of key initiatives. Your main responsibilities:

• Run and manage the operating rhythm for the Private Cloud domain, facilitating key forums and ensuring alignment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate activities, share updates, and streamline workflows.
• Prepare and optimize reporting to diverse audiences, enhancing data quality, consistency, and clarity.
• Provide comprehensive PMO support for Private Cloud leadership and stakeholders, enabling effective progress tracking and decision-making.
• Assist Head of Private Cloud and People Managers with administration tasks and third-party contract extensions.
• Facilitate stakeholder relationship management, resolving conflicts, and driving stakeholder engagement.
• Distill complex data into meaningful insights tailored for different stakeholder levels.
• Promote an agile mindset, problem-solving, and continuous improvement in operational processes.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• 3+ years of experience in project coordination, cloud operations, or related fields.
• Strong familiarity with tools like JIRA, Clarity, Confluence, Power BI, and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills with a passion for metrics and figures.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work autonomously, and adapt swiftly to changing requirements.
• Stakeholder engagement and relationship management expertise.
• A solution-oriented, resourceful approach with a "can do" attitude.
• Passion to develop AI skills and tools to optimize ways of working.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Certification or experience in cloud technologies or project management.
• Previous experience in finance or banking industries.

Language required:

• Fluent English (written and spoken).
