Senior Business Analyst – Credit Risk & Portfolio Management

Kraków-based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 days in-office / 3 days remote).

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leading financial institution focused on advancing Credit Risk and Portfolio Management MI reporting. You will play a vital role in analyzing complex requirements, supporting reporting solutions, and collaborating across teams to enable data-driven decisions and innovative banking solutions.

Your main responsibilities:

• Analyze and capture functional and non-functional requirements for both long-term and short-term projects
• Provide MI reporting support for Credit Risk or Portfolio Management areas
• Engage with stakeholders to align on outcomes and define actionable steps
• Collaborate with offshore development, analysis, and testing teams
• Apply agile and DevOps best practices in daily tasks
• Identify and resolve business issues, uncover opportunities for process improvement

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in business analysis within the banking domain
• Strong knowledge of MI reporting related to Credit Risk or Portfolio Management
• Proven ability to analyze and document functional and non-functional requirements
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Hands-on experience working with agile and DevOps methodologies
• Experience coordinating with offshore teams
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Certifications in Business Analysis or Agile methodologies
• Prior experience with financial regulatory reporting standards

• English — communicative level
