Senior Business Systems Analyst – Receivables Finance

Kraków-based opportunity with hybrid work model (5 days remote per week).

As a Senior Business Systems Analyst – Receivables Finance, you will be working for our client, a global financial institution, bridging the gap between business and IT teams to optimize system support and efficiency within the Receivables Finance domain. Your contributions will ensure critical systems align with evolving business needs, supporting operational resilience and continuous improvement.

Your main responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison between business teams and IT on system-related issues and initiatives
• Provide expert consultation on internal systems and tools for enhanced business use
• Advise on system enhancements to better meet user and process requirements
• Support system adoption, optimization, and ongoing improvements
• Manage first-line production support for core applications, triage issues, and escalate as needed
• Oversee user access management, maintain data integrity, and uphold audit readiness
• Coordinate business-led development activities, testing (including UAT), and deployment
• Support incident management and collaborate with IT to resolve production issues effectively
• Manage access requests, transaction queries, and administrative tasks for multiple regions
• Contribute SME input across projects, releases, and system enhancements
• Perform business analysis activities, including work on forecast booking records for RF products
• Support risk management, release testing, and post-deployment issue resolution

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 5 years of experience in business analysis, systems support or related roles
• Proven stakeholder management and effective communication skills
• Strong knowledge of system administration, user access, and audit processes
• Experience with UAT coordination and sign-off procedures
• A continuous improvement mindset and problem-solving ability in production environments
• Experience in process documentation and business analysis
• Good command of English for daily collaboration

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Knowledge of Receivables Finance operations or similar financial domains
• Experience supporting IB or ERP systems
• Certification in Business Analysis or Project Management

Language Required for the role:

• English — Communicative proficiency required
