Poznan-based opportunity with hybrid work model (up to 3 days remote per week).

As a Senior Digital Banking System Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leading player in the financial and banking sector, dedicated to revolutionizing digital business processes and online communication. You will contribute to designing and implementing advanced solutions involving virtual advisors, chatbots, and cloud-based system integration, supporting the digital transformation of financial services.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead the analysis and modeling of business processes using UML and BPMN techniques to optimize digital workflows.
• Design and implement scalable system architectures leveraging microservices, REST API, and cloud solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain system documentation, guidelines, and analytical reports.
• Manage and prioritize project backlog within Agile/Scrum frameworks, ensuring timely feature delivery.
• Conduct system integrations and oversee CI/CD pipelines for seamless releases and updates.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional and non-functional specifications.
• Support the development and integration of virtual agents and chatbots into existing systems.
• Utilize visual modeling tools to communicate and refine technical concepts effectively.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Over 5 years of professional experience in system analysis within the digital and financial sectors.
• Advanced knowledge of WebServices, REST API, and SAS technologies.
• Experience working with project and program management in Agile environments.
• Strong expertise in system modeling using UML and BPMN.
• Knowledge of cloud environments and microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in English (communicative level) and Polish.
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, GitLab, Enterprise Architect, Android Studio, and Burp.
• Familiarity with AsyncAPI and enterprise architecture tools.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Certifications in Agile or project management.

Language required for the role:

• Polish (good command)
• English (communicative)
