Senior FX Business Analyst – Data & Trading Solutions

As a Senior FX Business Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leader in financial markets, focused on advancing electronic currency trading solutions. You will play a pivotal role in shaping data-driven insights within the FX Data Analytics domain, directly impacting trading strategies and operational efficiency. Your main responsibilities:

• Collaborate with FX Trading, FX Sales, and IT teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Define key metrics, reports, and dashboards to enhance FX data visibility.
• Analyze transactional data, RFQ, client, and FX position information to identify patterns and opportunities.
• Support the development and validation of data models, testing, and acceptance procedures.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of FX data processes and analytics frameworks.
• Assist in the integration of new data solutions and tools, ensuring seamless deployment.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and communicate findings effectively across teams.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 4 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst in the financial sector.
• Deep knowledge of FX Spot, Forward, and Swap instruments, including pricing, quoting, and transactional processes.
• Strong experience in data analysis, reporting, and working with complex financial datasets.
• Good command of English and Polish language skills.
• Independence and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience with Bloomberg FXGO, 360T, FXall, Integral, Murex, Calypso, Power BI, Data Lake/DWH solutions.

Language required for the role:

• Polish (good command)
• English (communicative level)
