Senior IAM Delivery Lead – Global Transformation Project

As a Senior IAM Delivery Lead, you will be working for our client, a major financial services organization, driving the overhaul of their Identity and Access Management (IAM) practices. You will play a pivotal role in managing complex, global projects that transform security and compliance standards, enabling smarter and more agile identity governance solutions. Your main responsibilities:

• Lead multiple Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) workstreams supporting global IAM adoption across business units and functions.
• Collaborate with the team using standard project management tools, ensuring JIRA & Confluence are kept current.
• Support team members to understand and resolve obstacles that may hinder project progress.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within the programme and promote efficient practices.
• Engage with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely delivery within scope.
• Coordinate with business and technology stakeholders to prioritize key activities.
• Monitor project progress, proactively address risks, and communicate status to the programme manager.
• Manage changes in scope, schedule, and resources effectively to ensure consistent delivery.
• Provide weekly updates on project status, risks, and issues across the workstream.

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in project management within security, IAM, or related IT fields.
• Strong technical understanding of DevOps, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, cloud, and on-premise infrastructure platforms.
• Proven hands-on experience delivering IAM projects with technical expertise in IAM controls and requirements.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, including working with senior leadership.
• Solid understanding of regulatory and audit compliance standards.
• A proactive, positive team player with an inquisitive attitude and rapid learning ability.

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

• A project management certification (Prince2, PMP).
• Experience collaborating with cybersecurity and operations teams.
• Prior roles as Scrum Master or programme lead in large organizations.
• Familiarity with Jira workflows and agile project management.

Language Required for the role:

• Fluent (bilingual proficiency in English is essential).
