Senior Mobile Banking Product Owner

As a Senior Mobile Banking Product Owner, you will be working for our client in the banking sector, spearheading the evolution of mobile and digital channels for retail customers. You’ll help shape innovative solutions that deliver real-world customer value, from strategy to implementation — in a dynamic Agile environment that unites business experts, system analysts, and developers. This role offers a unique chance to be at the forefront of digital transformation and product leadership within the financial industry.

Your main responsibilities:

• Define the vision and develop the strategy for the Mobile Banking platform, including planning the product roadmap
• Manage initiatives and product backlog, prioritizing work for Scrum teams to maximize value delivery
• Collaborate closely with CPOs, POs, and stakeholders across business, IT, compliance, marketing, sales, and customer service
• Drive innovative mobile solutions aligned with customer needs and the bank’s digitalization objectives
• Monitor and optimize key performance indicators such as app availability, NPS, and login volume
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements (RODO/GDPR, PSD2, AML, ISO) and adhere to UX and WCAG standards
• Analyze user behavior, initiate usability improvements, and boost accessibility
• Participate in analyses, testing, feature acceptance, and support formal/legal processes including complaint handling
• Manage budget considerations and monitor market and competitor solutions to guide long-term product growth

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• 5+ years of experience in product ownership, project management, or program management
• Proven leadership and experience in cross-functional team coordination
• Experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously within a portfolio
• Solid knowledge of software delivery methodologies, including Agile
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable product insights
• Hands-on experience in creating business analysis and pre-implementation assessments
• Familiarity with system analysis methods

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Knowledge of banking systems or financial products

• Polish — required
• English — communicative
