As a Senior Solution Architect, you will be working for our client, a leader in the financial technology industry, dedicated to transforming digital mortgage processes through innovative solutions. Play a vital role in constructing and developing a greenfield project, driving the future of digital banking with cutting-edge architecture and technology adoption. Your expertise will help build secure, scalable systems that redefine customer experiences and operational efficiency.

Your main responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-level architecture concepts for digital mortgage solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable and resilient systems.
• Translate business needs into robust technical solutions aligned with industry standards.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and integrate innovative tools into project solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
• Document architecture processes and ensure seamless system integration.
• Support continuous improvement of existing IT infrastructure and solutions.
• Lead technical discussions and review project deliverables to ensure architectural integrity.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 5 years of experience in solution architecture or related roles.
• Strong expertise in Java and Angular.
• Proven experience in designing application structures and business architectures.
• Solid understanding of IT product development methodologies.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills to manage complex initiatives.
• Knowledge of BPMN tools (e.g., Camunda, Flowable) is a strong plus.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Certifications in architecture or cloud technologies.
• Experience with microservices, event-driven architecture, or AWS.
• Familiarity with security frameworks such as Keycloak, OAuth2, OIDC, and RBAC.

Language required for the role:

• Polish (good command)
• English (communicative level)
