As a UniFlow Configuration Specialist you will be working for our client, a leading company in online banking. You will be part of a dynamic team focused on optimizing business processes using advanced BPM platforms. This role involves configuring, designing, and implementing business processes, ensuring efficient system operations, and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance overall functionality.

Your main responsibilities: Design, optimize, and configure processes on BPMS platforms – Ferryt, UniFlow, mService

• Code printouts (XSLT, XML)
• Prototype and model implemented solutions
• Collaborate with business, other IT areas, and suppliers
• Provide ongoing user support, coordinate tests, conduct workshops

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Experience in configuring BPM systems
• Experience in designing and implementing business processes on BPM platforms (banking, finance, IT consulting)
• Knowledge of BPM system architecture
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and Splunk
• Willingness to continuously improve qualifications and acquire knowledge
• Team-oriented approach and commitment to achieving common goals

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Knowledge of agile project management methods
• Understanding of BPMN 2.0 notation
• Higher education, preferably in technical fields (informatics, mathematics)
• Knowledge of XML, JSON, REST, MQ
• Practical experience with SQL
• Understanding of application design according to best UX/UI practices
