As a Content Manager, you will be working for our client, a prominent global financial institution, overseeing the creation and distribution of cybersecurity communication to key stakeholders. Your role involves crafting high-quality content across various channels to engage and inform stakeholders effectively.

Your main responsibilities:

• Provide compelling content for cybersecurity communication, ensuring optimization for different channels
• Edit, proofread, and coordinate internal messaging and reporting effort
• Maintain adherence to Client’s style guidelines and tone of voice in all written materials
• Drive storytelling content to enhance readership and engagement
• Offer editorial and linguistic support throughout the function
• Manage content across all channels, including blogs, newsletters, emails, web copy, and infographics, long and short-form texts
• Plan and implement engaging content strategies across functions

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in content management
• Fluent English
• Exceptional writing and editing skills
• Ability to tailor communication language to specific target groups
• Strong relationship-building skills and stakeholder management abilities
• Excellent communication skills with a user experience orientation
• Experience in executing content strategy across multiple channels
• Analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
• Proficiency in tools supporting internal communication such as CMS, SharePoint, and marketing automation
• Attention to detail and proven track record in writing various materials

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Demonstrated examples of writing various materials like blogs, websites, and newsletters
• Experience with Poppulo or similar tools
