As a Release and Change Manager, you will be working for our client, a leading global financial institution, ensuring seamless software releases and implementations for critical projects.

Your main responsibilities:

• Participating in major, monthly, and on-demand software releases
• Planning, managing, and executing releases into production environments
• Ensuring quality control and continuous improvement of release delivery processes
• Providing consultancy for complex implementations and resolving conflicts
• Reviewing deployment-related incidents and driving process improvements
• Developing detailed implementation plans and coordinating stakeholder communication
• Managing Risks and Issues through appropriate tracking and involving key members of the programme/project team as appropriate

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• 10+ years of IT experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Expertise in Release, Implementation, or Project Management
• Ability to make timely decisions and manage risks effectively
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
• A degree in computer science or a related field
• Fluent English

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience in banking
• Understanding of how change benefits Client’s and its stakeholders
• Open-mindedness, reliability, and independence
