Senior IT Analyst

Transform Financial Systems as a Senior IT Analyst and join the team at one of the biggest Polish banks!

Warsaw-based with hybrid work model (2 days in the office/month).

As a Senior IT Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leader in online banking, on projects that involve the collection and analysis of system and business requirements. Your role will focus on identifying alternative solutions for defined problems and optimizing financial and banking systems, including AML and KYC solutions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your SQL and data modeling skills in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Your main responsibilities: Collect and analyze system and business requirements

• Identify and propose alternative solutions for defined problems
• Collaborate with finance and banking teams on projects
• Utilize SQL and relational data modeling in projects
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
• Share knowledge and exchange experiences with colleagues
• Organize and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Engage actively in team activities and initiatives
• Support AML and KYC solution implementation
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in gathering system and business requirements
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational data models with at least 3 years of commercial experience
• Experience in finance, banking, AML, and KYC projects
• Excellent communication skills
• Openness to teamwork
• Good organizational skills
• High level of engagement and commitment
• Ability to share knowledge and enthusiasm for learning
• Relevant technical education, preferably in computer science, econometrics, mathematics, or related fields
