As a Programme Coordinator, you will be working for our client, a leading global financial institution, responsible for safeguarding customers, systems, and colleagues against cyber threats. Your role involves supporting the management and delivery of education and awareness initiatives targeted at High-Risk Users (HRUs), ensuring they understand their Cybersecurity duties and responsibilities.
Your main responsibilities:
- Coordinating and facilitating Cybersecurity Masterclasses for senior executives
- Monitoring completion dashboards to ensure the effectiveness of training assignments
- Managing learning pathways on Degreed and reviewing third-party learning materials
- Planning and delivering awareness campaigns, including recipient analysis and process mapping
- Administering the Digital Footprint Analysis service to raise awareness among senior executives of their personal risk of social engineering
- Maintaining a database to track cybersecurity engagements for Executives
- Producing management information and analytics to drive strategic solutions
- Updating operating instructions to support the roll-out of new activities
- Demonstrating Client’s values and behaviors while ensuring compliance standards
You’re ideal for this role if you have:
- Proficiency in software packages like Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Teams, Monday.com, and Zoom
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information effectively
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy amidst rapid changes
- Analytical skills to derive insights from data and guide strategic solutions
- Strong prioritization abilities to manage a high volume of work
- Ability to build positive relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in ambiguous situations
- Organizational skills with a strategic planning mindset
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes
- Autonomy and self-starting capabilities
It is a strong plus if you have:
- Experience in cybersecurity education and awareness initiatives
