Krakow-based opportunity with the possibility to work 80% remotely!

As an Agile Business Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leading global financial institution focused on regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. In this role, you will collaborate with Operations Project Sponsors, Technology Architects, and development teams to shape and deliver key regulatory and compliance initiatives. Your efforts will be crucial in creating and managing Agile artifacts to ensure that the Sponsors’ needs are effectively met.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Supporting Business Sponsors in creating Business Cases and driving high-level Business Requirements
  • Managing the entire lifecycle of user requirements from initiation through to go-live
  • Ensuring functionality seamlessly fits into associated Customer Journeys
  • Supporting the Product Owner in evolving the Product roadmap and managing the product backlog
  • Creating and managing Epics, Stories, and other Agile artifacts
  • Aligning solutions with the client’s strategic vision and roadmaps
  • Proactively identifying and managing risks, and building plans to minimize impact
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements
  • Analyzing and documenting business requirements for global platforms
  • Utilizing Agile Engineering & DevOps practices and tools

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate
  • Expertise in Agile Engineering & DevOps practices and tools like Confluence and Jira
  • Significant experience in analyzing and documenting business requirements for global platforms
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships and work effectively with senior management and global stakeholders
  • Proven rapid learning capability and self-motivation
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
  • A proactive approach to risk management and problem-solving

It is a strong plus if you have:

  • Knowledge of the platforms and processes supporting the Line of Business
  • Experience dealing with diverse stakeholders in a global environment
