As a Senior Mobile Engineer (iOS), you will be working for our client, a leading global financial institution dedicated to innovation in mobile technology. You will be instrumental in developing and enhancing high-quality iOS applications within a dynamic team, focusing on delivering cutting-edge mobile solutions. This role involves working with modern technology stacks and ensuring the highest standards in mobile application development and deployment.

Your main responsibilities:

• Collaborating with development teams to meet project timelines and standards
• Participating in development effort and working closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Analysis and UX design
• Applying technical expertise to develop high-quality mobile applications
• Designing and building mobile applications using modern technology stacks
• Producing efficient code that meets business requirements and technical standards
• Conducting unit testing to ensure software applications function as intended
• Supporting the implementation of releases and building continuous integration pipelines
• Challenging code and design to maintain high quality and industry standards
• Establishing automation tests coverage required for the project
• Peer reviewing code and providing timely, collaborative feedback
• Creating and maintaining up-to-date technical documentation

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Extensive experience in developing, deploying, and supporting complex iOS applications
• Strong proficiency in Swift and Objective-C
• In-depth understanding of Apple’s design principles and coding best practices
• Experience with code coverage, UI, and unit testing tools like XCTest and Appium
• Knowledge of Xcode/AppCode IDE, build processes, and dependency managers like Cocoapods
• Experience with CI/CD and SAST/MAST tooling
• Expertise in building responsive user experiences with Accessibility principles
• Familiarity with security concepts such as secure networking and data protection
• Experience integrating with third-party libraries and RESTful services
• Hands-on experience with architectural design patterns like MVVM and Redux

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience implementing frameworks or platform libraries
• Knowledge of performance and scalability best practices
• Willingness to stay updated with emerging mobile technologies
• Experience in mentoring engineers and building strong team relationships
• A BS degree in Computer Science with 5+ years of broad engineering experience
