As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leading global financial institution dedicated to transforming its banking operations through innovative technology solutions. In this role, you will play a crucial part in bridging the gap between business needs and IT capabilities, ensuring that digital solutions align with the organization’s strategic objectives. You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and validating requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the development of cutting-edge banking solutions that enhance customer experiences and drive business growth.

Your main responsibilities:

• Collaborating with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and clarify requirements
• Validating and documenting functional and non-functional requirements for IT solutions
• Providing ongoing consultancy and support to business and IT teams
• Evaluating information from multiple sources to identify underlying business needs
• Delivering comprehensive requirement documents that guide development and testing
• Supporting IT teams in understanding and implementing business requirements
• Assisting in the training of teams on new features and system functionalities
• Ensuring alignment between business needs and technology solutions
• Participating in production issue resolution and offering expert consultancy
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis or a similar role
• Proven experience in a banking or IT environment, preferably within a large organization
• Strong understanding of how technology adds value to business operations
• Demonstrated ability to rapidly build relationships with stakeholders
• Fluent English
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
• Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements
• Knowledge of IT hardware, software, operations, and networks
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to reconcile conflicts in information
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience working within the business environment
• Familiarity with structured analysis techniques and industry standards
