As a PMO, you will be working for our client, a top global financial institution, supporting its technology transformation initiatives. Your primary role will involve driving the quality and efficiency of data management, tracking project delivery within the portfolios, and ensuring compliance with project management frameworks. You will collaborate closely with portfolio leads, program managers, and key stakeholders, using tools such as Clarity, SharePoint, and JIRA to enhance operational processes and maintain accurate project data for reporting and analysis.
Your main responsibilities:
- Supporting the delivery of complex global change portfolios by managing project data and forecasts for CTO infrastructure and resources
- Managing operational and system administration tasks, acting as the primary contact for portfolio reporting and analysis
- Ensuring compliance with established Clarity and BTF processes and best practices in project management
- Engaging stakeholders to capture, document, and maintain plan and forecast data in corporate tools
- Managing and maintaining data on major risks, issues, and dependencies across the portfolio
- Preparing portfolio reports, quality procedures, audits, and status updates as required
- Encouraging collaboration and cohesion among teams to improve delivery cycles and resolve project challenges
- Articulating complex project planning requirements to drive the portfolio toward effective solutions
- Working under tight deadlines while managing expectations of key stakeholders
- Applying a solid understanding of portfolio and project management methodologies to streamline processes
You’re ideal for this role if you have:
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- Proficiency in communication with the ability to convey project complexities to diverse stakeholders
- Influential skills to successfully engage with stakeholders
- Knowledge of project management frameworks and methodologies
- Experience with Clarity and Open Workbench for project data management
- Proficiency in SharePoint site design and administration
- Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence for project collaboration
- Strong command of the MS Office Suite for reporting and data analysis
- Fluent French
- Fluent English
It is a strong plus if you have:
- Experience in Agile, DevOps, or DevSecOps methodologies
- Knowledge of cybersecurity practices
- Familiarity with the finance organization and its project management structure
- Experience as a developer in a project-driven environment
