As an IT Support Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leading organization in the financial industry focused on leveraging data, analytics, and AI to strengthen its cybersecurity capabilities. You’ll play a critical role in supporting a cutting-edge cloud-based data lake and analytics platform, enabling robust cybersecurity operations. This is a dynamic, hands-on role where your expertise in Azure cloud, identity management, and Power BI will directly contribute to maintaining and enhancing operational excellence.
Your main responsibilities:
- Handling access and support requests, including ticket management using Kanban
- Automating access provisioning and support processes
- Triaging incidents, identifying proximate causes, and routing them to appropriate teams for resolution
- Creating and maintaining documentation for users and support teams, including incident response playbooks and operating procedures
- Administering Azure Entra ID and Privileged Identity Management (PIM)
- Managing Power BI apps, workspaces, and user access
- Monitoring and managing security operations using Azure Sentinel and Log Analytics
- Collaborating with teams to improve support processes, workflows, and playbooks
- Providing empathetic and responsive customer and stakeholder management
- Supporting the overall development of cybersecurity operations through teamwork and sustainable decision-making
You’re ideal for this role if you have:
- Hands-on experience with Azure cloud administration
- Proficiency in Power BI apps and workspace management
- Solid knowledge of identity and access management, including Azure Entra ID
- Strong problem-solving and incident triaging skills
- Ability to manage and resolve incidents and requests effectively
- Experience in writing and maintaining operational documentation
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of cloud monitoring tools like Azure Sentinel and Log Analytics
- Aptitude for learning new technologies and tools on the job
- Collaborative attitude and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
It is a strong plus if you have:
- Experience with Intune for endpoint and application management
- Familiarity with Kanban for ticket management
- Knowledge of cybersecurity operations and protocols
- Background in automating operational workflows
- Understanding of data lakes and analytics platforms
