As a Service Chain Mapping Data Analyst, you will be working for our client, a global leader in financial services dedicated to delivering innovative, secure, and efficient banking solutions. In this role, you will contribute to enhancing the stability and resilience of critical IT services by analyzing and mapping service chains to ensure robust operational governance. You will collaborate with stakeholders to resolve data issues and maintain high-quality standards for data mapping and compliance, enabling seamless IT infrastructure management and performance.

Your main responsibilities:

• Analyzing data against predefined criteria to identify potential issues
• Creating and maintaining checklists to identify deviations from data standards
• Managing stakeholders by communicating effectively and addressing concerns
• Performing gap analysis to pinpoint data issues and resolving them
• Mapping data to identify and define relationships between IT assets
• Collaborating across teams to ensure compliance with governance standards
• Explaining complex data findings in a clear and concise manner
• Utilizing advanced tools like MS Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Monitoring and tracking progress of data-related tasks and projects
• Supporting infrastructure and service management initiatives

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Strong data analysis skills with attention to detail
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
• Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively across diverse teams
• Effective time management and prioritization capabilities
• Proficiency in advanced MS Excel and familiarity with MS Word & PowerPoint
• Experience using tools like Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow
• A background in managing complex infrastructure or IT projects
• Familiarity with IT service and management frameworks
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset to handle data-related challenges

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Certifications in IT service management or related fields
• Experience working on large-scale infrastructure or technical projects
• Knowledge of governance and compliance standards in IT environments
• Advanced analytical skills to optimize IT service chain mapping
