Kraków – based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 days/week in the office).
As an MS CRM Solution Architect, you will be working for our client, a leading financial institution, on a strategic initiative to enhance customer management experiences. The project is built on the SaaS Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform and aims to streamline sales processes, improve customer interactions, and drive digital transformation. You will play a key role in shaping the solution architecture, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring the seamless integration of Microsoft cloud solutions. Your expertise will help optimize system functionalities, enabling business stakeholders to leverage CRM technology effectively.
Your main responsibilities: Assisting functional resources and business analysts with requirements gathering and providing design guidance for significant Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects
- Facilitating discussions with business and technical stakeholders to extract critical business requirements and define technical solutions
- Designing and implementing solution architecture in alignment with business goals and enterprise frameworks
- Providing leadership and technical guidance to project teams to ensure the accurate delivery of project plans
- Advising on best practices and solution alternatives as part of functional or technical design documents
- Participating in implementation, customization, and configuration for Dynamics 365 solutions
- Communicating complex technical topics to audiences with varying levels of expertise
- Supporting the upgrade and maintenance of D365 cloud solutions
- Assisting in the development of solution proposals, implementation plans, and technology roadmaps
- Ensuring the appropriate use of native features versus custom development within the Dynamics 365 environment
You’re ideal for this role if you have:

It is a strong plus if you have:
- Experience in collaboration tools such as: Confluence, Jira
- Experience with Field Service, Portals, and Interactive Service Hub within Dynamics 365
- Knowledge of enterprise financial services solutions and regulatory requirements
- Expertise in integration methodologies and working with APIs in Microsoft environments
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps best practices
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications
