As a Delphi Developer, you will be working for our client, a prominent player in the insurance sector currently undergoing a significant modernization of their core information systems. You will be instrumental in shaping the architecture and development of new solutions built on Oracle and Delphi technologies. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the scalability, maintainability, and efficiency of these critical systems, directly impacting the client’s ability to deliver innovative and reliable services to their customers. You will collaborate closely with development teams and business stakeholders, playing a key role in the full software development lifecycle within an Agile environment.

Your main responsibilities: Designing and architecting new solutions in Oracle and Delphi based information systems

• Programming and implementing these solutions with a focus on high-quality code
• Developing comprehensive technical specifications and design documents
• Creating thorough technical and administrative documentation
• Conducting effective arrangements and communication with business units regarding implemented changes
• Collaborating effectively with other developers and the business using Agile (SCRUM) methodology
• Testing implemented solutions to ensure functionality and stability
• Diagnosing and solving technical problems that arise during development and implementation

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Delphi programming
• Strong knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL
• Proficiency in using tools such as SQL Developer, Git, Jenkins, and JIRA
• Experience working according to Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Proven ability to diagnose and solve complex technical problems
• Ability to write clear and concise code documentation
• Excellent communicativeness and interpersonal skills
