As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be working for our client, a leader in CRM and enterprise solutions. You will play a key role in deploying new functionalities and maintaining critical CRM systems that support large-scale business operations. Your main responsibilities:

• Analyze business and technical requirements to design scalable solutions.
• Optimize existing CRM processes for enhanced performance and efficiency.
• Develop and implement new functionalities using industry best practices.
• Lead technical documentation efforts to ensure clarity and maintainability.
• Establish and enforce coding standards across the team.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and consistency.
• Mentor and support team members to foster a collaborative knowledge-sharing environment.

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce development and CRM solutions.
• Proven expertise in JavaScript (advanced) and Java (intermediate).
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM.
• Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS and ETL processes.
• Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and deliver effective solutions.

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

• Experience with Python.
• Certifications in Salesforce or related technologies.

• English: communicative level
