As a Transfer Agency Business Analyst – Multifonds Expertise, you will be working for our client, a leading global financial institution undergoing a large-scale operational transformation within Securities Services. You will help modernize Transfer Agency processes by utilizing Temenos Multifonds and its Workflow & Exception Monitor (WEM) capabilities, driving efficiency and innovation across international teams. This role offers a unique chance to shape the future of securities operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Your main responsibilities:

• Analyze existing Transfer Agency processes to identify and implement improvements.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Temenos Multifonds and WEM functionalities.
• Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements.
• Translate operational needs into clear functional specifications for IT teams.
• Support the deployment and optimization of Multifonds solutions.
• Recommend best practices and streamline processes based on industry standards.
• Collaborate with Operations, Technology, and external stakeholders across regions.
• Assist in testing activities, including SIT/UAT, and validate delivered solutions.
• Prepare functional documentation and support business readiness initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to align project goals.
• Provide ongoing support to business users during system upgrades and process changes.

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 4+ years of experience within Transfer Agency operations or related roles.
• Deep understanding of Transfer Agency operating models and processes.
• Hands-on experience working with Temenos Multifonds.
• Knowledge of Workflow & Exception Monitor (WEM) is highly preferred.
• Prior experience as a Business Analyst or senior operational SME involved in system implementations.
• Proven ability to support transformation, migration, or automation projects.
• Strong communication skills and ability to bridge business and IT teams.
• Experience in preparing detailed business requirements and functional documentation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Background within investment banking, securities services, or asset servicing is a strong advantage.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Transfer Agency modernization programs.
• Knowledge of workflow automation within Multifonds.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Language Required for the role:

• Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
