Senior Backend Developer – Node.js & Go Expertise

As a Senior Backend Developer, you will be working for our client on a groundbreaking project, designed as a startup to gather and analyze product telemetry across Tech. Your work will directly influence how real-time application data is transformed into actionable insights for customers, contributing to a dynamic platform that drives digital excellence and innovation.

Your main responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-performance REST APIs to support telemetry data collection and analysis
• Contribute to architecture decisions and best development practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and implement telemetry requirements for products
• Work with AI-related tooling, chatbots, and agentic approaches within the platform
• Participate in long-term development efforts with a team of 10, primarily Poland-based
• Engage directly with clients, translating their needs into technical solutions
• Ensure scalable, reliable, and efficient backend systems

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 5 years of experience in backend development
• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and REST API development
• Proven ability to build high-performance REST APIs
• Good communication skills with readiness to interact directly with clients
• Experience with AI integrations, chatbots, and agentic architectures

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience with Go (Golang) — highly beneficial but not mandatory

Language Required for the role:

• English — communicative proficiency required
