As a Senior Backend Developer – .NET and Go Technologies, you will be working for our client, a pioneering project within a major financial institution, transforming application telemetry analytics with cutting-edge architecture and AI integration. Join a startup-like environment within a global enterprise to shape a state-of-the-art telemetry platform with real-world impact.

Your main responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-performance REST APIs using .NET 6+ and Go (Golang).
• Contribute to architectural decisions and best practices for a greenfield telemetry platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
• Integrate AI/agentic approaches and chatbot capabilities into the platform.
• Work within a hybrid team environment (6 days/month in the office).
• Implement scalable solutions suited for high-volume, distributed systems.
• Participate in code reviews, optimize system performance, and ensure best practices.
• continually enhance technical skills by working on emerging AI tools and backend technologies.

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in backend development.
• Strong hands-on expertise in REST API design and implementation.
• Proficiency with .NET 6+.
• Experience with Go (Golang).
• Practical knowledge of AI tools, chatbots, and agentic approaches.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to directly engage with customers.
• An AI-ready mindset, with experience applying AI tooling to solutions.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience with high-performance, high-scale distributed systems.
• Knowledge of product telemetry or observability platforms.
• Background working in startup-like environments within large enterprises.

Language Required for the role:

• Communicative command of English.
