As a Senior PeopleSoft Supply Chain Business Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leader in supply chain management solutions. You will play a pivotal role in partnering with business and IT stakeholders to enhance PeopleSoft SCM modules, supporting critical supply chain processes from inventory to manufacturing. Your main responsibilities:

• Gather and document comprehensive business requirements for PeopleSoft SCM.
• Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and requirement elaboration to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Develop detailed functional specifications, business process flows, and user stories for system enhancements.
• Collaborate with development teams to define, validate, and implement tailored solutions.
• Perform impact analysis and traceability to ensure solution integrity throughout project phases.
• Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to guarantee quality.
• Manage defect triage, validate resolutions, and facilitate successful deployment.
• Assist with training, change management, and deployment planning to ensure smooth transitions.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting PeopleSoft 9.2 SCM modules.
• Proven expertise in Inventory Management, Order Management, Warehouse Operations, or Manufacturing within PeopleSoft.
• Hands-on experience supporting integrations between PeopleSoft and external systems, APIs, web services, or middleware.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in dynamic environments.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Certifications or additional training related to PeopleSoft or supply chain systems.

Language required for the role:

• Fluent English (written and spoken).
