As an Agile Business Analyst, you will be working for our client, a global leader in banking and financial services with a strong presence across various continents. You will play a critical role in shaping and delivering key regulatory and compliance projects, driving the creation and management of Agile artifacts such as Epics and Stories. Your work will ensure that the delivered functionalities align with strategic visions and seamlessly integrate into customer journeys, making a significant impact on the organization’s operational efficiency.

Your main responsibilities: Supporting Business Sponsors in creating Business Cases and driving out high-level Business Requirements

  • Driving the delivery of user requirements throughout the project lifecycle until go-live
  • Ensuring that delivered functionalities fit seamlessly into associated Customer Journeys
  • Supporting the Product Owner in evolving the Product roadmap, creating epics, and writing user stories
  • Managing the product backlog and ensuring alignment with strategic visions and roadmaps
  • Collaborating with Technology Architects, Agile Business Analysts, and Development teams to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Identifying and managing risks, building plans to minimize their impact
  • Facilitating communication and collaboration across global stakeholders and senior management

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

  • Strong written and verbal communication, influence, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build connections and work collaboratively with diverse teams
  • Experience in Agile Engineering & DevOps practices and tools such as Confluence and Jira
  • Significant experience in analyzing and documenting business requirements for global platforms
  • Knowledge of platforms and processes supporting the Line of Business
  • Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and a proven rapid learning capability
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Experience in dealing with senior management and a wide array of global stakeholders

It is a strong plus if you have:

  • Expertise in proactive risk identification and management
  • Experience in delivering solutions that support strategic visions and roadmaps
