As an Agile Business Analyst, you will be working for our client, a global financial institution. You’ll be instrumental in shaping and delivering projects related to Regulatory & Compliance and War on Manual Control Book of work. You’ll collaborate with Operations Project Sponsors, Technology Architects, and Development teams.

Your main responsibilities:

• Supporting Business Sponsors in creating Business Cases and driving out high-level Business Requirements
• Driving the delivery of user requirements throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensuring delivered functionality seamlessly integrates into associated Customer Journeys
• Assisting the Product Owner in evolving Product roadmap and managing the product backlog
• Delivering solutions aligned with Client’s strategic visions and roadmaps

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Proactive risk identification and management skills, with the ability to minimize impacts
• Expertise in Agile Engineering & DevOps practices and tools like Confluence and Jira
• Demonstrable experience in analyzing and documenting business requirements for global platforms
• Value-added knowledge of platforms & processes supporting the Line of Business
• Strong communication, influence, and negotiation skills, fostering collaborative connections
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills, adept at issue resolution
• Experience interacting with senior management, business leads, and global stakeholders

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Familiarity with financial industry regulations and compliance standards
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools
• Knowledge of banking operations and financial products
