As an Agile Business Analyst, you will be working for our client in a dynamic Agile, DevSecOps software delivery environment. Reporting to the Technical Delivery Lead, your primary responsibility will be defining requirements and collaborating closely with the Product Owner to ensure the delivery of robust solutions that meet customer needs.

Your main responsibilities:

• Define user stories and translate business requirements into technical specifications for the development team
• Implement process improvements and clear workflows, ensuring effective communication with end users
• Facilitate internal communication and foster collaboration between teams, resolving conflicts when necessary
• Manage backlogs and define new requests with product owners, ensuring clear and testable acceptance criteria
• Conduct workshops to map workflows, gather requirements, and obtain cross-team consensus
• Manage scope and prioritize product backlog to align with customer priorities
• Handle queries and engagements from various stakeholders and teams

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile software development team
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and relevant industry certification
• Excellent collaborative leadership, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
• Knowledge of Agile project patterns and techniques, including backlog tracking and defect management
• Proficiency in defining artifacts used in Agile delivery, such as epics, stories, and tasks
• Strong communication skills and the ability to conduct workshops independently
• Experience in stakeholder management and competency in Microsoft Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
• Ability to deliver process flow diagrams and improvements associated with complex system flows
• Familiarity with different cloud environments like Alibaba, GCP, AWS, and Azure
• Fluent English
• Experience with ticketing tools like JIRA and ServiceNow
