BI Developer

Warsaw based opportunity with possibility to work remote 3-4 days per week

As a BI Developer you will work for our Client – The EU’s leading bank and key player on the international banking scene, operating in 72 countries. You will join a brand new, state-of-the-art, technology and development Hub created to bring together the strongest players in the IT market. The successful candidate will be working on a project that aims to systematise employee data from HR systems in order to create various types of reports, analyses and visualisations and automate internal processes.

Your main responsibilities: Developing and optimizing data workflows using Python and SQL to ensure smooth and efficient data processing

• Cleaning, transforming, and preparing data for analysis and reporting purposes
• Building and maintaining BI solutions to generate insightful dashboards and visualisations using modern BI tools
• Supporting data analytics and reporting by creating automated reports, metrics, and visualisations that help inform business decisions
• Collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Ensuring data quality by developing validation processes and ensuring data accuracy and consistency
• Creating predictive models to support forecasting and decision-making processes
• Providing user support and training, helping team members leverage the BI tools effectively

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the area of Business Intelligence
• Experience in working with large amounts of data within SQL, Python, PowerBI, Excel, VBA
• Experience in business analysis
• Fluency in data manipulation, analysis, and visualization
• Good analytical capabilities
• Recognise the importance of delivering presentable and understandable data
• Ability to work with both IT and business and bridge the gap between them
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent English
