Kraków – based opportunity with hybrid work model (1 day/week in the office).
As a Business Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leading global financial institution. You will play a key role in the delivery of complex projects, including onboarding workflows for institutional clients, system integrations, and reporting improvements. Working closely with business stakeholders and IT teams, you will gather and define business requirements, ensuring successful implementation of solutions. You will support development phases, communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, and contribute to preparing training materials, all while ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet business objectives.
Your main responsibilities: Leading the delivery of global projects, including system integrations and UI/UX changes
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to elicit and define business requirements
- Translating business requirements into clear, actionable specifications for IT teams
- Presenting proposed solutions and acceptance criteria to stakeholders and product owners
- Supporting development teams with query resolution during development phases
- Working with IT teams to refine solution designs and communicate with stakeholders
- Conducting testing of delivered IT components and assisting with defect resolution
- Preparing materials for senior stakeholder presentations and forums
- Contributing to training content to support user readiness
- Managing risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle
You’re ideal for this role if you have:
- Hands-on experience in Client Onboarding, KYC, and financial products domains
- Strong knowledge of APIs, system integration, and SQL
- Experience in requirement engineering for complex projects
- Full life cycle Business Analysis experience in a business-facing IT environment
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with business users and IT teams
- Experience with tools such as Confluence, JIRA, SQL, BPMN, or UML
- Strong presentation skills for senior stakeholder meetings and forums
- A delivery-focused approach to project management and tasks
- Ability to escalate risks, issues, and dependencies to stakeholders
It is a strong plus if you have:
- Experience working with regulatory requirements and financial products
- Knowledge of workflow improvements and data modeling
