As a Cyber SRE Cryptography Operations Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leading global financial institution focused on securing digital transactions and sensitive information. You will be an integral part of the Cryptographic Services team, ensuring the security and integrity of data across the organization. Your role will involve managing cryptographic operations, implementing change management processes, and supporting global teams in identifying and mitigating security risks. This position is critical in maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of the client’s digital assets.

Your main responsibilities:

• Acting as a Subject Matter Expert for the Venafi platform and related processes
• Identifying gaps in processes and escalating them for resolution
• Leading the implementation of change processes with vendors and internal teams
• Enhancing data quality through continuous monitoring and improvement
• Preparing and analyzing reports to identify problems or track progress
• Serving as the first line of escalation for team members
• Supporting end users in building solutions for non-standard queries
• Responding promptly to urgent production issues requiring cryptographic services
• Engaging with business functions to explain and support the SSH/TLS key remediation process
• Troubleshooting certificate generation issues and connection problems between Venafi TPP and target servers

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Previous experience with the Venafi platform or TLS/SSH management processes
• Strong customer and stakeholder focus with the ability to build robust relationships
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Proven operational effectiveness in delivering secure and compliant solutions
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure technical platforms and technologies
• A track record of identifying and implementing process improvements
• Strong documentation skills
• A desire for continuous development in the field of cryptography

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience with IT infrastructure in a global organization
• Familiarity with security, risk, and regulatory standards
• Experience in a role requiring rapid problem-solving and decision-making
