As an Engagement Manager, you will be working for our client, a global leader in financial services with a commitment to innovation and user experience. In this role, you will join the Digital Business Services (DBS) Engagement function, focusing on creating and delivering impactful internal communications. Your work will help improve user understanding and adoption of technology products and services by crafting compelling multimedia content and distributing it across various channels. Collaborating with global teams, you’ll play a vital role in transforming technical information into clear, engaging messaging.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Producing a bank-wide email newsletter targeting internal audiences
  • Designing and developing multimedia internal communications content, such as videos and infographics
  • Implementing a multichannel approach to content distribution to engage new audiences
  • Collaborating with global stakeholders to identify content opportunities and recommend effective formats
  • Leveraging data and insights to drive continuous improvement in communications activities
  • Supporting the planning and delivery of events showcasing technology products and services
  • Ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines and meets accessibility standards
  • Exploring new trends and innovations to enhance communication strategies
  • Building relationships with stakeholders and ensuring open dialogue
  • Managing competing demands effectively and resolving issues promptly

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

  • Proven experience in creating engaging communications content
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • A proactive approach to taking responsibility for end-to-end task delivery
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with stakeholders and partners
  • Ability to navigate complex environments and prioritize tasks effectively
  • A friendly and confident demeanor that fosters active dialogue
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Apps and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Premiere
  • Experience managing multiple priorities under time constraints
  • Fluent English

It is a strong plus if you have:

  • Working knowledge of Poppulo or similar mass email tools
  • Experience with workplace social intranets
  • Understanding of innovative communication practices and trends
