Full Stack Developer

Elevate the trading world with your coding expertise in a dynamic, dual-language environment!

This is a Luxembourg-based hybrid opportunity – 2 days from home per week.

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be working for our client – a well-established asset management firm in Luxembourg that is pivotal in transforming the trading floor technologies. You will be instrumental in evolving critical applications, developing new features, and driving global bank transformations with direct impacts on both prime and non-prime businesses.

Your main responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement new features for trading applications
• Perform analysis and resolve issues to improve application performance
• Enhance the IT architecture specific to trading floor operations
• Break down and estimate development tasks from user stories
• Maintain technical documentation and implement unit tests
• Manage releases, deployments, and production support
• Assist in continuous integration and delivery efforts using tools like Jenkins, Nexus, Sonar, XLDeploy and Docker

You’re ideal for the role if you have:

• 6-10 years experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Proficiency in Angular, Java, and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Strong experience with continuous integration practices and tools
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, and Sonar
• A proactive approach to reducing technical debt and improving test coverage
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and global banking transformation initiatives
• Fluent English

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Proficiency in French
