As a Full-Stack Odoo Developer, you will be working with our team to support and enhance innovative solutions within the Odoo ecosystem. Our mission focuses on fostering sustainability and efficiency in business processes, and this role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful projects in a purpose-driven environment. You will play a crucial role in a collaborative development team, actively participating in all aspects of software design and implementation. From developing robust backend solutions to creating seamless user interfaces and integrating APIs, you will contribute to building efficient, scalable, and reliable systems while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.

Your main responsibilities: Develop and customize Odoo modules to meet specific business needs

• Design and implement APIs on top of the Odoo platform
• Convert Figma designs into responsive HTML and CSS, ensuring a seamless user experience
• Troubleshoot and debug backend and frontend issues efficiently
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and implement business requirements
• Maintain and document designed solutions, ensuring they align with best practices
• Optimize workflows and propose solutions for improved efficiency
• Support the team with regular code reviews and knowledge sharing

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Proven experience in Odoo backend and frontend development
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and Odoo’s templating engine (QWeb)
• Expertise in developing APIs and integrating third-party systems with Odoo
• Advanced skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to transform Figma designs into pixel-perfect web pages
• Strong knowledge of Odoo architecture, ORM, and workflows
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js)
• Experience with Docker or other containerization tools
• Background in Agile development methodologies
