Fullstack Developer

Warsaw-based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 days in the office/month)

As a Fullstack Developer, you will be working for our client, a leader in online banking, contributing to the development of secure and scalable digital banking solutions. You will participate in the planning and implementation of new modules and functionalities while enhancing the performance and quality of existing systems. The role also involves ensuring the seamless integration of backend and frontend technologies and optimizing both in terms of technology and performance. You’ll be key in driving continuous improvements and implementing high-quality, reliable code.

Your main responsibilities: Design and implement software solutions in Python, React.Js and Django

• Participate in the concept and planning of new modules and features
• Optimize the performance of existing systems and code
• Enhance and modernize deployed solutions in terms of performance and technology
• Verify the quality of software through code reviews and testing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for both frontend and backend development
• Integrate frontend technologies like React and Redux to create advanced UI components
• Ensure continuous integration and delivery pipelines are maintained
• Maintain system documentation and follow best practices for technical architecture

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 3 years of experience in Python programming
• At least 3 years of experience working with JavaScript, React, Redux, and CSS for UI development
• Experience with Django and backend development (minimum 2 years)
• Knowledge of version control systems such as GIT
• Familiarity with SQL and database management
• Experience with REST API integration
• Proficiency in English, especially for understanding technical documentation
• Ability to think analytically and solve complex problems independently
• Experience with continuous integration systems
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience working with Agile methodologies
• Experience working with JIRA
• Experience with PostgreSQL
• Experience in code review
• Knowledge of continuous deployment systems
• Knowledge of Gerrit, Jenkins, Sentry, Bitbucket, Influx, Grafana, GitHub
• Knowledge of Linux
• Knowledge of JavaScript, React, Redux, ready-made components and React templates, CSS, React Native, jQuery
• Experience in building applications from scratch using the mentioned technologies in frontend/backend API architecture
