Governance and Delivery Lead

As a Governance and Delivery Lead, you will be working for our client, a leading financial institution, overseeing the CROS function (Penetration Testing, Red Team, Security Research, and Crowd-sourced Security Testing).

Your main responsibilities:

• Managing the effective delivery of CROS services, including resource planning, project prioritization, and stakeholder communication
• Identifying stakeholders, building partnerships, and maintaining positive relationships
• Managing conflicts and ensuring efficient task execution
• Tracking service metrics and creating specific reports/dashboards
• Creating, documenting, and improving internal processes
• Maintaining central information repositories and document-sharing platforms

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or experience in IT governance or risk management
• Understanding of common cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and methodologies
• Ability to identify, develop, and track key performance indicators (KPI) metrics
• Positive attitude, teamwork skills, flexibility, and adaptability
• Confidence, ownership, and accountability for work and personal development
• Clear and concise report-writing skills for various audiences
• Fluent English
• Ability to build strong relationships and communicate complex issues with stakeholders
• Previous experience delivering excellent customer service
• Experience with SharePoint, Confluence, and/or Jira

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Technical knowledge in different areas of IT and Cybersecurity
• Ability to provide recommendations for control improvement and vulnerability resolution of vulnerabilities
• Experience creating orchestration/automating workflows with SharePoint or Jira
