As an IT Analyst, you will be working for our client, one of the leaders in online banking. Your role will revolve around leveraging your expertise in Business Intelligence, employing ITIL methodologies, and showcasing advanced proficiency in the Excel suite, including Visual Basic. Your keen analytical skills and the ability to visualize data effectively will contribute significantly. Experience in end-user support, strong communication, teamwork, systematic work approach, excellent time management, and a rapid knowledge acquisition ability are paramount.

Your main responsibilities: Apply advanced Business Intelligence knowledge

• Implement ITIL methodologies in the working processes
• Utilize Excel and Visual Basic extensively for data analysis
• Demonstrate highly developed analytical skills
• Effectively visualize analytical data
• Provide support to end-users
• Collaborate and communicate efficiently within a team
• Exhibit systematic work habits and excellent time management
• Quickly acquire new knowledge

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Business Intelligence
• In-depth understanding and application of ITIL methodologies
• Advanced skills in Excel with Visual Basic
• Highly developed analytical capabilities
• Effective data visualization skills
• Experience in end-user support
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Systematic work approach and excellent time management
• Rapid learning ability
