As an IT Associate Business Manager, you will be working for our client, a global leader in technology-driven innovation, supporting the Client’s department Tech team. You will play a key role in managing workforce and vendor operations, ensuring seamless resource planning, and delivering detailed analysis to support business decisions. Your work will include collaborating with senior stakeholders to align workforce strategies with operational needs and engaging with regional teams to enhance performance. This role is perfect for someone with strong data management skills and a passion for clear, accurate reporting.

Your main responsibilities:

• Analyzing complex data sets and preparing insightful reports to inform business decisions
• Managing workforce planning and aligning resources with strategic goals
• Engaging with hiring managers and vendors to ensure resource demand is being met
• Supporting workforce transformation initiatives, including headcount management and role conversions
• Ensuring the quality of workforce data and maintaining alignment across systems like Pioneer and Fieldglass
• Identifying cost-saving opportunities and promoting financial discipline within the team
• Preparing and presenting data-driven insights to senior stakeholders and leadership teams
• Overseeing vendor management processes and ensuring adherence to vendor strategies
• Supporting the execution of HR activities, such as performance management and training initiatives
• Collaborating with regional teams to ensure alignment with business goals

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Experience in workforce management and resource planning
• Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting
• Strong data accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders
• Experience with vendor management and resource allocation
• Familiarity with systems like Pioneer, Fieldglass, and Clarity
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work across regional teams
• A passion for delivering accurate, high-quality reports

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience in financial management and cost control initiatives
• Familiarity with workforce transformation processes
• Knowledge of WPB workforce requirements and technology strategies
• Proficiency in HR-related processes such as performance management
• Experience with workforce data systems like MyTRM
