IT Business Analyst

Warsaw or Kraków based opportunity with the possibility to work 3 days per week remotely!

As a Business Analyst you will get the opportunity to work for our Client – one of the global leaders in securities operations and investment funds, providing services for institutional customers. You will be part of a great team working with the banking platform used for key fund manager assets, position maintenance, valuation and accounting functions. If you know how to bridge the gap between business and IT, understand business processes and technology changes, then you are the person we are looking for!

Your key responsibilities:

• Translating the business requirements into functional specifications (elements of system design)
• Designing and executing the test scenarios and test scripts
• Provide effective and informative progress evaluations in terms of outstanding milestones, current status, resource requirements, issues, risks and dependencies
• Communicate effectively with business and developers, facilitate team interaction
• Suggest areas for improvement in internal processes and propose solutions
• Ensure that the appropriate documentation is available for the end user and IT Support

The ideal candidate has:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services in Transfer Agency (Fund Services)
• Excellent knowledge of process analysis and ability to synthesize
• Customer centric mind-set
• Analytical and creative mind, proactive in solving issues
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent Polish and English

It’s nice if you have:

• Knowledge of Multifonds (MFGI) platform
• French/German/Spanish language skills
