As an IT Helpdesk Specialist, you will be working for our client, a leading company in the media and entertainment sector, providing technical support to end users. You will serve as the first point of contact for users experiencing IT-related issues, ensuring quick and efficient resolution within established SLAs. You will collaborate closely with cybersecurity teams, service technicians, and second and third-line support to continuously improve IT services and provide an optimal user experience.
Your main responsibilities: Provide technical support to end users for software, hardware, and network issues
- Maintain IT security standards in collaboration with cybersecurity teams
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents and service requests according to SLAs
- Manage user rights and groups within Active Directory
- Plan and implement software and hardware update policies
- Support specialized IT systems as part of first-line Helpdesk support
- Prepare, configure, and secure IT equipment and accessories
- Manage IT inventory, including hardware, software licenses, and accessories
- Assist users both remotely and on-site in Warsaw and Kraków
You’re ideal for this role if you have:
- 3+ years of experience in an IT Helpdesk or technical support role
- Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows operating systems and common software applications
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, or equivalent industry certifications
- Experience managing user accounts and permissions in Active Directory
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and incident management processes
- Ability to diagnose and resolve LAN and WiFi connectivity issues
- Experience working with IT security policies and best practices
- Experience collaborating with external vendors for hardware and software support
- Willingness to continuously improve IT support processes and contribute to knowledge base development
- Strong communication skills in Polish and English
