Manual Tester

Drive Quality as a Tester at one of the biggest Polish banks!

Warsaw-based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 days in the office/month)

As a Manual Tester, you will be working for our client, a leader in online banking, focused on delivering secure, reliable, and user-friendly mobile applications. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the quality of mobile and web applications by identifying issues early in the development process and ensuring smooth, bug-free user experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing your expertise to ensure that the client’s digital products meet the highest standards.

Your main responsibilities: Perform manual testing of mobile and web applications

• Develop and execute test cases, test plans, and test scenarios
• Identify, document, and track bugs and issues through to resolution
• Test API integrations to ensure system functionality
• Collaborate with developers to ensure software quality
• Estimate and plan testing efforts for each project phase
• Conduct regression, functional, and exploratory testing
• Prepare testing reports and documentation for stakeholders
• Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and clients
• Ensure that all testing is completed on schedule and meets quality benchmarks

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Experience in mobile application testing (minimum 1 year)
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of API testing
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle
• Familiarity with SQL and the ability to write mid-complexity queries
• Ability to create test cases, test plans, and understand their purpose
• Skill in estimating testing efforts
• Self-discipline and ability to work remotely
• Understanding of testing processes and methodologies
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
