Migration Lead / Migration & Integration Coordinator

Wrocław-based opportunity with the possibility to work mostly remotely

As a Migration Lead / Migration & Integration Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in New Horizon – a strategic transformation program building a brand-new IT ecosystem across the KRUK Group (Poland, Italy, Spain, Romania). You will oversee the migration and integration of core IT systems, ensuring continuity of operations while coordinating with international teams and external vendors. This is a long-term opportunity (approx. 3 years) to make a lasting impact in a multinational environment.

Your main responsibilities: Coordinate IT ecosystem migration across multiple countries within the KRUK Group (PL, IT, ES, RO)

• Align migration and integration activities with local business requirements
• Ensure smooth cooperation between local teams, central program structures (Control Tower), and external vendors
• Monitor migration progress, identify risks, and drive mitigation plans
• Support deployment, cutover, and hypercare activities to secure operational continuity
• Provide guidance and coordination in areas of data migration, system integration, and implementation
• Prepare and maintain migration documentation in line with program standards

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Proven experience in at least one large-scale IT migration, ERP/CRM rollout, or complex transformation program
• Strong background in data migration, system integration, and implementation support
• Excellent coordination, stakeholder management, and risk management skills
• Experience in working within international and matrix organizations
• Fluency in English (Polish or other European languages are an advantage)
• Independence, accountability, and the ability to thrive in complex environments
