.NET/ Full Stack Tech Lead

As a .NET Tech Lead, you will be working for our client, a global organisation of independent audit and advisory firms with a strong focus on technology solutions. T. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and delivering cutting-edge software solutions.

Your main responsibilities: Lead the technical design and architecture of .NET-based applications

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning
• Drive best practices in software development, including code quality, scalability, and performance optimization
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation
• Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Extensive experience (7+ years) in full-stack development using .NET technologies
• Proficiency in React.js for front-end development
• Strong architectural skills, including designing scalable and maintainable systems
• Ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
• A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in software engineering
