As a Product Analyst – Digital Identity, you will be working for our client, a global financial institution. You’ll play a key role in onboarding of new markets to the identity verification product and supporting existing markets. Engaging with stakeholders, you’ll ensure their understanding of the product, gather market requirements, and represent the service.

Your main responsibilities:

• Conducting product onboarding run ahead activities, such as discovering and documenting market-specific use cases and giving product demos
• Leading product post-onboarding activities, including stakeholder update sessions and sharing post-live data
• Assisting in gap analysis of market needs versus existing product offering
• Collaborating with the product owner and manager to define mid-term delivery priorities
• Ensuring accurate traceability from initial engagement to early delivery stages of the product development lifecycle

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Proven experience as an Analyst on a technology product
• Experience owning requirements gathering activities
• Hands-on experience as a Product Subject Matter Expert (SME) and stakeholder management in a large company or corporate environment
• Experience with data analytics
• C1+ proficiency in English
• Technical background, preferably with knowledge of cloud technologies
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Confluence, and Jira
• Proactive attitude and self-starting mentality for driving initiatives forward

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Additional qualifications in Business Analysis, Software Development, Database Fundamentals, or Application Development
• Understanding of products built using cloud technologies, such as AWS
