As a Programme Manager, you will be working for our client, a leading financial institution known for its global operations and data-driven strategy. The role focuses on delivering large-scale programmes in the Data and Analytics space, specifically regulatory reporting and governance. You will oversee multiple teams, manage complex global deliveries, and work on data integrity and regulatory compliance initiatives. This role will place you at the heart of the client’s strategic programmes, driving impactful changes across business operations and ensuring that their data governance is aligned with global regulatory standards.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Leading the execution of the Regulatory Excellence programme, ensuring effective delivery
  • Overseeing the product development roadmap and ensuring smooth adoption plans
  • Managing programme reporting, governance, and benefits realization across stakeholders
  • Leading and mentoring Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and PMOs to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery
  • Collaborating with global stakeholders to align the programme strategy with business objectives
  • Overseeing resource planning and managing project budgets effectively
  • Managing risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple project workstreams
  • Partnering with Product and SMEs to drive annual planning and forecasting
  • Driving stakeholder discussions related to delivery strategies, capabilities, and budgets
  • Implementing quality control measures in line with risk management and regulatory frameworks

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

  • 10+ years of experience in Programme Manager or Delivery Lead roles in complex environments
  • Strong experience in regulatory reporting, data governance, or financial services
  • Expertise in managing large, global change programmes using Agile methodologies
  • Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget, achieving desired outcomes
  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing high-performing teams across multiple locations
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, from ExCo to analyst level, with impactful communication abilities
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to handle complexity and multiple priorities
  • Experience using change management tools like JIRA and Confluence for programme tracking
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Fluent English

It is a strong plus if you have:

  • Agile certification(s) such as SAFe or similar
  • Experience working within a global matrix organization
  • Background in financial institutions or a deep understanding of regulatory compliance
  • Experience coaching and developing change teams across multiple regions
