As a Project Manager, you will be working for our client, a leading global financial institution, supporting their Cybersecurity Education and Awareness initiative. This project focuses on enhancing cybersecurity knowledge across the organization by designing and delivering training, improving system integrations, and automating key processes. You will play a strategic role in ensuring the successful delivery of technical projects that align with cybersecurity priorities, working closely with stakeholders and using best practices in Agile project management to drive results.

Your main responsibilities:

• Managing the delivery of medium-sized projects across cybersecurity initiatives
• Developing comprehensive project plans and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
• Defining project requirements and ensuring accurate documentation
• Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure project buy-in and manage changes effectively
• Producing and delivering user test plans and managing test processes
• Tracking and managing risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle
• Providing regular project status reports and ad hoc reporting as required
• Overseeing project budgets and timelines to ensure successful project outcomes
• Ensuring alignment of project activities with wider program objectives
• Managing the transition of projects to business-as-usual (BAU) operations

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Strong experience in delivering cloud-based solutions in financial services
• Proven track record of managing complex technology projects in large organizations
• Proficiency in Agile project management methodologies
• Excellent planning, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in defining business requirements and leading testing processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Strong problem-solving and risk management skills
• Fluent English
• Ability to manage aggressive delivery timelines without compromising quality
• Collaborative approach with experience working across global teams

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience in cybersecurity or risk management projects
• Familiarity with DevOps and cloud-based technologies
• Scrum Master certification or PMP certification
• Knowledge of automated workflows and system integration projects
• Experience with cybersecurity governance processes
